Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $20 per month. Maximum of 2 pets per home and a 100 pound weight limit. Breed restrictions apply.
